Vincenzo and Bleu's B & B adheres to the 4E quality certification, aimed at improving ecompatability, tourist effectiveness, social ethics and the efficiency of business establishments, restaurants, museums and centres in rural areas.

As required by the 4E certification, Vincenzo and Bleu's B & B adopts measures that safeguard the environment (energy saving; separate collection of waste; use of endemic species; self-draining external surface; the re-use of rainwater collected in a stone well).

Through participation in the 4E certification, the B & B forms part of the network of the Albergo Diffuso that the Local Action Group Versante Laziale of the Abruzzo National Park is building through the Leader Program; we have an agreement with other tourist organisations in the area (eg restaurants and shops) to ensure that our guests have small discounts on services, and we work with cultural associations, cooperatives and farms that are active in the area (eg Identity and Innovation Centre (Centro Identità e Innovazione) of Alvito, coop. Verdeblu of San Donato, San Fedele agricultural cooperative of San Donato VC, Bruno Boccarossa honey producer from Settefrati).

The Local Action Groups are associations formed through the European Leader programme to support rural areas with low population density and marginal economies. They operate throughout Europe for a participated development model, for the enhancement of local identity, innovation and the qualification of human resources.
