The Azzurra apartment has one bedroom and bathroom and a separate living room with kitchenette. It is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance overlooking the garden, where a hazelnut tree and a large wild persimmon give shade to a large table that allows you to eat outdoors while enjoying the splendid view that embraces the entire Valle di Comino. In the living room, there is a recently restored fireplace where on chilly winter nights guests can enjoy a blazing wood fire. In front of the fireplace there is a sofa-bed where two more people can sleep. 
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas cooker with oven and 4 gas rings, sink with ceramic bathtub, and an antique dresser with all the necessary dishes and utensils: in the middle of the room there is a rustic table and chairs. The bedroom, which in the past was the oven room, has a large vaulted ceiling which makes it delightfully cool on hot summer days or, splendidly warm on cooler winter evenings. Today, instead of an oven there is a large fireplace. In the room there is a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, and a sofa which can serve as another bed, a large wardrobe, a mirror, and a small table and chair under the window.
The Amber bedroom can be rented separately for 2 or 3 people, or together with the Azzurra apartment forming a larger space that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is also located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance, which opens onto another large kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, gas cooker (oven with 6 gas rings), crockery, utensils and a table that can be extended to accommodate up to 8 people. From the kitchen you walk into a large living room with stone walls and wooden ceiling with chestnut beams. Here visitors can relax on the sofa or in the armchairs, while enjoying the company of other guests.
In former times, the bedroom with vaulted ceiling was the cattle byre, and today in this space, which is wonderfully cool during the summer, there are 3 single beds, each with bedside table and lamp, a large wardrobe, and a mirror. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washbasin and a cabinet with mirror.
